How to install the rubber ring for optipow105135 pulse jet valve？

Recently we have received feedback from some users that they are having difficulty installing the rubber ring inside the valve body. To help our customers solve their problems, we will provide detailed steps to guide you:

1. Clean the valve body so that there is no fine dust or debris stuck inside the valve body to affect its use.

2. Place the rubber ring in the valve body. The rubber ring is hard, so bend it a little so it snaps into the valve body.

3. Put in the piston, and use a hammer to smash the piston into the inner part. Our piston is made of composite nylon fibreglass material, which is strong and will not break.

4. Remove the piston and clean the valve body again. At this point the rubber ring should be tightly seated inside the valve body and will not come loose. Now the rubber ring has been installed.
