In recent years, some units have blindly reduced equipment costs and increased profits. When designing bag dust collectors, the filtration wind speed is increased. Users have no response in a short time, but the use time of the filter bag is shortened. In this way, not only does it not save money for customers, but it brings a large economic burden and wastes time.
2. When choosing a bag, you must consider whether the dust contains acid, alkali or highly corrosive substances. According to the nature of the dust, choose the filter material suitable for it, so that the filter bag can normally adsorb dust without affecting its use time.
3. Correctly selecting dust filter bags suitable for the corresponding dust temperature is the key to the filter bag. If the temperature is too high, the selected dust filter bag will exceed the normal use temperature. The filter bag will shorten its use time at best, and will burn out in a short time at worst. Therefore, when selecting a dust filter bag, you must measure and calculate the temperature of the dust collector outlet before selecting the corresponding dust filter bag.
4. Wear of dust filter bags mainly occurs in the middle part of the dust collector. For a single dust filter bag, it mainly occurs within 1 meter of the bag outlet. The main reason is that the flue gas is unevenly distributed, the flow velocity in the middle part of the single chamber is too high, and the filtration air velocity near the outlet of a single dust filter bag is too high, which causes dust impact and wear of the bag, and also damages the fabric fiber tension of the dust filter bag, which is easy to be perforated locally and the service life is too short. For the dust filter bags in the parts that are often worn, replace them with wear-resistant bags.
5. The distance between the dust filter bags is too small, the keel is bent, etc., which can easily cause wear between the bags. The difference between the diameter of the bag and the keel is too small, the cleaning is not good, which will shorten the cleaning cycle and increase the pressure of the sprayed air. When it is too large, the friction between the bag and the keel will accelerate the wear. Special attention should be paid to some filter cloths that change greatly with temperature and have the characteristics of elongation.
6. When there are holes or burrs in the keel welding, or the rough surface caused by corrosion, it will also accelerate the wear of the bag. If the bag and the porous plate are not sealed tightly, it will cause wear on the top fold of the bag.
7. The venturi or pulse tube is not aligned correctly with the bag, which can easily cause the airflow from the blowpipe to directly wash the upper part of the bag and cause wear. Cleaning the bag too frequently will accelerate the wear of the bag.
8. The processing of dust filter bags is particularly important. In recent years, some small manufacturers have used small sewing machines as processing equipment, and used inferior thread as raw material during processing, which is indistinguishable from the real thing, and the processing level is far behind. The dust filter bag will open, crack, and fall off after a short period of use. Although the bag size is slightly smaller, it can also be used, but after absorbing dust with a larger specific gravity, the bag will fall off after a period of use.
