Have you ever heard of electromagnetic pulse valve? Let's take a closer look at electromagnetic pulse valve

Our electromagnetic pulse valve is an important part of the cleaning system of bag dust collector. We can divide bag dust collector into mechanical vibration or shaking cleaning, fan back blowing or atmospheric back suction cleaning, and compressed air pulse jet cleaning according to the cleaning method. It has many styles and rich types.

Pulse Valve

1. How to use electromagnetic pulse valve

The electromagnetic pulse valve is an important core component of bag dust collector, which is responsible for the cleaning effect of the entire bag dust collector. The electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to the air distribution box, and the pressure range of the air distribution box is 0.2~0.6MPa. According to the different connection methods, the pulse valve can be divided into submerged type and right angle type. The electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled to open and close by an electrical signal. At the moment the pulse valve is opened, the electrical signal generates a strong impact airflow in milliseconds, thereby achieving instantaneous ejection.

2. Working principle of electromagnetic pulse valve

The electromagnetic pulse valve is mainly composed of electromagnetic pilot components, diaphragms, valve bodies, and valve covers. The area of the rear cavity of the diaphragm is larger than that of the front cavity, and the air pressure in the rear cavity is large, so that the diaphragm is in the closed position. The electric controller inputs an electrical signal to make the electromagnetic pilot head attract the moving column and open the unloading hole. The pressure gas in the rear cavity of the diaphragm is quickly discharged, and the pressure gas in the front cavity of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm and opens the pulse valve. When the electrical signal disappears, the spring of the electromagnetic pilot head immediately resets the moving column to close the unloading hole. The gas pressure in the rear cavity of the diaphragm and the spring force cause the diaphragm to close the channel, and the pulse valve stops blowing.
