1.filter cloth

Filter cloth is an important component of the filter press, but also a large amount of consumables, on average, every three months need to replace a batch of filter cloth.

High quality filter cloths are easier to clean and the filter cake does not stick to the cloth.

It is best to carry out daily cleaning of the filter cloth after each equipment work is completed, so as not to cause drying of the filter cake, which will eventually affect the use of the filter cloth.

2.filter plate

Filter plates in filter presses also require regular maintenance. If the machine pressure is too high, or the filter cloth is not cleaned in time, it can also cause damage to the filter plate.

3.hydraulic oil

For safety, the hydraulic oil in filter press equipment should be changed once a year.
