The FAP-C-1 NORMAL PRESSURE BULKHEAD CONNECTOR is engineered to provide a sealed connection between pipes on both sides of a partition wall or air distribution box in dust collectors. Constructed from premium aluminum alloy castings, rubber, and plastic components, it ensures a secure seal without the need for welding, making installation and removal quick and efficient. The NORMAL PRESSURE BULKHEAD CONNECTOR connects the pipes on both sides of the dust collector's clean air chamber or the air distribution box wall through compression, threading or sliding, and has good sealing performance.

- Working Medium: Clean, dry, non-corrosive compressed gas

- Wall Thickness: Suitable for 2-6 mm thick partition walls and 4-12 mm thick air distribution boxes

- Connection Length: Ranges from 180 to 300 mm, adjustable to fit the air distribution box size

- Air Source Temperature: Operates in temperatures from -10 to 100°C (up to 220°C with high-temperature sealing ring)

NORMAL PRESSURE BULKHEAD CONNECTOR Installation Instructions:

1). Hole Preparation: Ensure holes on the partition wall or air distribution box are of the required diameter and precisely drilled to avoid damage to the threads or compromise the seal.

2). Assembly: Assemble all components correctly to maintain performance. Missing parts can affect the connector's functionality.

3). Thread Cleaning: Clean impurities from threads before assembly. Apply sealing paste on areas prone to gas leakage and lubricate pipes for easier insertion into sealing rings. Tighten nuts carefully to avoid thread damage.

- Support Requirement: NORMAL PRESSURE BULKHEAD CONNECTOR is not designed to support the weight of the electromagnetic pulse valve or air distribution box components. Use appropriate supports.

- Pressure Caution: Do not disassemble or loosen any fastening devices while the system is under pressure to avoid accidents.
