Anode Bags

In the electroplating industry, the role of anode bag cannot be underestimated. It is mainly used for filtering anode impurities, preventing metal fines or metal residues from entering the plating solution and ensuring the smooth running of the plating process. At the same time, the anode bag can also make the metal ions precipitated from the anode more evenly distributed when entering the plating solution, so as to improve the plating quality and efficiency.

Anode bags are available in a variety of materials and styles, such as polypropylene, polyester, single and double-sided brushed, etc., suitable for different industrial liquid filtration needs. Each bag undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure durability and filtration effect. In addition, the anode bags also feature easy-to-use, convenient installation, easy cleaning and maintenance.

In addition to the conventional single-layer anode bags, double-layer anode bags are also available. Double anode bags can effectively block the anode mud into the bath to protect the purity of the plating solution, but it should be noted that it should not be directly affixed to the anode surface, so as not to affect the plating quality.

Filter bag types:

3. PCB copper powder filter bag (for PCB copper powder filter);

4.PCB gold-plated copper-plated filter bag (two through) (for PCB electroplating);

Commonly used materials: polypropylene, polyester, single and double-sided brushed;

The surface of the brushed material is plush, which is good for absorption.

The surface of polypropylene material is smooth, can be moderately cleaned, acid and alkali resistant.

INSTALLATION TIPS.

Leaching is crucial and advised for all anode bags. Today's electroplating solutions are highly precise and prone to disturbances. Although our fabrics are supposed to be free from any sizing, they undergo extensive handling and are threaded through well-oiled sewing machines for thousands of feet. Therefore, it's strongly recommended to leach all anode bags before installation. The leaching process varies depending on the material and the electroplating solution they will be used with. Always use a leaching solution that won't harm the bag material and is compatible with the plating solution.
