Cotton Filter Cloth

Cotton filter cloth is made of natural cotton fibre, which belongs to the natural filter material with better air permeability and water absorption. Cotton fibres are chemically stable and insoluble in common solvents (e.g. ether, ethanol, acetone, benzene, petrol, etc.). Cotton filter cloth has poor acid resistance, but good alkali resistance.

Note: However, cotton filter cloth is not as durable or resistant to chemicals and temperature extremes as synthetic materials such as polyester or polypropylene. It is usually used in less harsh conditions where durability and abrasion resistance are not as important.
