(1.)When the Diaphragm Valve With Threaded Ports is not powered, the gas enters into the pressure reducing chamber through the constant pressure pipeline of the upper and lower housings and the throttling holes therein, and the gas will not be discharged because the valve spool plugs the pressure relief holes under the action of the spring so that the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber and the lower chamber is the same, and the diaphragm blocks the blowout port under the action of the spring so that the gas will not be flushed out.

(2.)When the Diaphragm Valve With Threaded Ports is electrified, the valve spool lifts up under the action of electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole opens, and the gas is sprayed out. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipeline throttling holes, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow speed of the gas in the pressure reducing chamber of the constant pressure pipeline, so that the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber is lower than that of the lower air chamber, and the gas in the lower air chamber lifts up the diaphragm and opens the blow port for spraying.
