Product Description

Qingdao Star Machine offers Manifold Flat Mount Valves with a 1-year warranty, which are specifically designed for dust collectors.

The MM series submerged pulse jet valves mount directly onto the air manifold, delivering powerful air pulses to filter bags for efficient particulate removal.

These valves come in two types:

CA Series – Integral pilot pulse jet valves

RCA Series – Remote pilot pulse jet valves

Both series are available in right-angle thread and submerged designs, with connection sizes from 15mm to 76mm (1/2" to 3"). They operate at 0.3 to 8.6 bar, drawing compressed air directly from the manifold for enhanced pneumatic performance and stronger air pulses.

Nitrile diaphragms: -40°C (-40°F) to 82°C (179.6°F)

Viton diaphragms: -29°C (-20.2°F) to 232°C (449.6°F)
