To determine when to change the filter bag, there are two methods: either roughly estimating the timing of replacement based on experience, or using pressure gauges installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the bag filter. The difference in pressure indicated by the front and rear pressure gauges determines when to replace the filter bag. The filter bag can typically handle a differential pressure of around 1-3kg/cm2. It is important to replace the filter bag promptly when the differential pressure reaches this range to avoid rupturing the filter bag and compromising the filtration effect.

Additionally, stage-by-stage filtration can be achieved by connecting bag filters in series.

Installing bag filters in front of the filter can significantly reduce filtration costs. Combining sand filtration and other methods with bag filtration can further improve filtration quality and reduce filter bag consumption costs.

The self-cleaning machine, centrifugal filter and bag filter can be used alone or in combination with other filters to achieve the desired effect.

To ensure uninterrupted filtration, bag filters can be connected in parallel to increase the flow rate. To maintain continuous filtration, use a parallel device when replacing filter bags.
