What is Anti-linting filter bags？

Anti-linting filter bags are a kind of composite material filter bag. They are designed to prevent the loss of lint (fibres) during the filtration of liquid solutions, thus avoiding secondary contamination of the solution. These filter bags are usually of a two-layer design, consisting of a nylon mesh fabric for the outer layer and a PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene) non-woven fabric for the inner layer. Due to the process characteristics of the inner non-woven fabric, a small amount of fibres may be shed, and the nylon mesh of the outer layer effectively prevents these fibres from falling into the solution. The inner layer of PP or PE, on the other hand, can effectively filter impurities of various precision.

This kind of anti-shedding filter bag is widely used in the filtration field of coating, paint, ink, food and beverage, water treatment, hotel, grease, electronics and many other industries.

Polypropylene, polyester, nylon and other materials can be chosen to be used in the production of anti-linting filter bags. This design and choice of material can effectively ensure that no fibres fall out during the filtration process, thus maintaining the purity of the solution, and is suitable for the filtration needs of a wide range of industrial fields.
