Advantages of piston pulse solenoid valve

The piston pulse solenoid valve adopts a piston structure, and the moving parts are more stable and less susceptible to interference from external factors, thus improving the stability and reliability of the valve for the dust collector system.

Pulse valve failure and repair

The spring is damaged. The spring on the pulse valve core is easily damaged, which causes the pulse valve to deflate to the blow port for a long time. The solution is to replace the spring.

How does the pulse valve work?

When the pulse valve is not powered, the gas enters the pressure reducing chamber through the constant pressure pipes of the upper and lower shells and the throttle holes in them. Since the valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged.
