The inner material is thicker, which can provide a higher dirt holding capacity. The outer side is a dense needle-punched fiber, which can accurately filter and separate and intercept suspended particles, metal debris and chemical residues in the mineral processing process.
The material selected for Ore Leaching filter bags should have corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and be able to resist the erosion of strong acids and alkalis.
Polypropylene (PP) is acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant (94℃), and the precision covers 0.1-500 microns;
Polyester (PE) is suitable for high precision filtration at room temperature (1-300 micron);
PTFE is suitable for 260℃ ultra-high temperature working conditions and can resist strong corrosive liquids.
