SMCC high quality Polyester anti-static fabrics can be divided into two types: polyester woven anti-static fabrics and polyester spiral anti-static fabrics.
Woven Polyester anti-static fabrics are usually interwoven from polyester fibres and conductive fibres. These fabrics have excellent anti-static properties and are suitable for a wide range of industries, especially in environmental protection, high density board manufacturing, rubber and chemical industries. These fabrics can be used in equipment such as filters and screens to effectively prevent static build-up and protect equipment and products.
Another type is spiral polyester anti-static fabrics. These fabrics are usually designed with special spiral fibres to improve conductivity. They are commonly used in a variety of screening and filtration equipment for environments where efficient anti-static protection is required, such as the electronics, chemical and food industries.
Overall, polyester anti-static fabrics play an important role in a variety of industrial applications by releasing frictional static electricity, protecting equipment and products while improving productivity and quality.

Polyester anti-static fabrics incorporate conductive fibres into the polyester fabric, this releases frictional static electricity generated when industrial equipment is running at high speeds, avoiding a range of possible problems such as sparks, electric shocks or equipment damage.
The conductive fibres in the polyester anti-static fabric are able to release friction static electricity, thus releasing the static charge into the surrounding environment, avoiding unwanted charge build-up and providing an anti-static effect.
