Polyester filter cloth can be divided into polyester long fiber filter cloth and polyester short fiber filter cloth according to the length of fibers. Long fiber filter cloth has a smooth surface, good wear resistance, and high strength. Short fiber filter cloth has more fiber fuzz, a large specific surface area, and is fluffy without the tendency of filter cake sticking.

Material properties of polyester short fiber filter cloth: acid resistance and weak alkali resistance. Good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and recovery, but poor conductivity.

Polyester filter cloth generally have a temperature resistance of 130-150 degrees Celsius. In addition to the advantages of ordinary felt filter fabrics, this product also has good cost-effectiveness and wear resistance, making it a widely used variety in felt filter materials.
