Our PP liquid filter bags use 20% more material than our competitors', have 25% more particle adsorption, a long service life, 5% more special fibres, and cleaner filtration.
The PP liquid filter bag is sewn at the bottom with a tight alignment to prevent it from bursting. The filter bag is sewn with five strands of thread, or you can use heat fusion welding to make sure there's no leakage.
The way the PP liquid filter bag is made means that it can trap compounds during the filtration process. The larger particles of impurities stick to the surface of the fibres, while the fine particles stay in the deeper layers of the filter material, so it won't break under pressure during use. The filter bag has a big capacity, so it can clean solid and soft particles in liquid really effectively.
The outer surface layer of the PP liquid filter bag uses sintering and calendaring treatment to stop fibres being scattered by the liquid during filtration. This means that no fibres will detach and contaminate the liquid, and it also stops the holes getting clogged up like they sometimes do with traditional roller treatment, which affects how long the filter bag lasts.
Our filter bags support customization, you can choose different materials for the bag top ring and different shapes for the bottom of the bag.
For the liquid filter bag top ring, there'are 304SS material and plastic material.
304SS bag top ring can withstand higher temperatures, is not easy to break, and use for a longer time.
Plastic ring top ring is corrosion-resistant, burr-free, and has both inward and outward turning.
PP liquid filter bag's top ring is ultrasonically welded with even and meticulous welding joints.
The bottom includes hot melt round arc bottom, lathe sewn round arc bottom, hot melt triangular bottom, with different applications.

Note: The smaller the micron number, the better the filtration effect, but at the same time, the small micron number will also cause the flow rate is small, more likely to cause filter bag clogging. The flow rate is directly proportional to the pressure, and the longer the pressure is applied to the PP liquid filter bag, the flow rate will be reduced accordingly.
