China Steel Filter Bag Cage is a important accessory for baghouse filtration system. Crafted with precision and durability in mind, Qingdao Star Machine’s steel cages serve as essential support structures for filter bags, ensuring efficient dust collection. Available in various configurations, these cages typically consist of 10, 12, or 20 vertical wires with flexible horizontal ring spacing options of 4", 6", or 8".
There are many types of steel filter bag cages to choose from, we can provide round bag cages, flat bag cages, top-loading bag cages, bottom-loading bag cages, cage-type bag cages, tension-spring bag cages, sectional bag cages and so on. Venturi tubes for increased blowing strength can be made to your specifications and are available in die-cast aluminium, drawn metal and rubber-plastic.
Measuring the Steel Filter Bag Cage, step by step, it would be more standard as long as you pay attention to the following points can be measured more accurately
The full length of the Steel Filter Bag Cage: Measure from top to bottom.
Diameter: Measure the diameter at the widest point between the wires in the middle of the cage. Ideally, using Pi Tape to determine the circumference will give an ideal measurement.
Bottom Construction: Determine if the bottom cup is crimped or if the wires are soldered to the cup.
Number of Rings: Count the number of rings of the Steel Filter Bag Cage.
Space Between Rings: Measure the space between the rings. Note: The space between the last ring and the bottom of the cup may be different.
Number of vertical wires: Calculate the number of vertical wires along the length of the cage.
Materials: Plain steel, galvanised, coated, 304 stainless steel, or some other material?
Determine the top structure of the cage:
If the top is split, measure the space between the notch in the split top and the end of the top.
If the top has a venturi, measure the length of the venturi.
