Qingdao Star Machine's self-developed special Wastewater Treatment Filter Cloth is made of high-strength polyester fibre and corrosion-resistant composite material precision woven, which can effectively retain suspended solids, colloidal particles and micro-organisms and other impurities by virtue of the adjustable pore precision of 0.5-200 microns. Through special surface treatment process, the product maintains more than 98% retention efficiency while significantly improving the anti-pollution ability, applicable to municipal sewage, industrial wastewater (including chemical, pharmaceutical and other highly corrosive scenes) and water reuse and other complex working conditions.


The Wastewater Treatment Filter Cloth achieves solid-liquid separation through a dynamic gradient filtration mechanism: the initial stage of the large aperture structure guarantees high throughput processing, and with the natural formation of the filter cake layer, the porosity is gradually reduced to the micron level, forming a step-by-step purification effect. When the system differential pressure reaches 0.4MPa warning value, the unique fabric structure can quickly strip the filter cake after disassembly, with optional chemical enhanced cleaning programme (pH tolerance range 2-12), so that the flux recovery rate of 97% or more. As tested by a third party, the product maintains 90% of its initial strength after 8,000 hours of continuous operation, significantly better than industry standards.


As a key component for environmental treatment, this series has been successfully applied in 200,000 tonnes/day sewage treatment projects. The supporting intelligent monitoring system can track the filtration efficiency and service life in real time, providing customers with a full life cycle management solution. Through modular design, Wastewater Treatment Filter Cloth can be quickly replaced and adapted to mainstream filter press equipment to meet the customised needs of enterprises of different sizes.
